Reiki treatment and New Year resolutions for 2012

2012-new-year-resolutions-reiki

The year 2012 has started on a very positive note where the energy of the universe can support us to be able to follow our resolutions. So let us start this year with making some resolutions to help manifest what we need in our lives, to manifest what brings us peace and joy for the best outcome for us and all the people connected to us.

I feel that when we follow our heart and work for the collective benefit the universe helps us all the more. I find that my Reiki practice empowers me and facilitates asking the universe for help. This happens mainly through giving myself a Reiki treatment everyday as it helps strengthen my core energy and my connection with the universe.

If you have been initiated into Reiki, I would recommend asking universe to help you with your resolutions while giving yourself a Reiki treatment.

If you have been initiated to level 2 Reiki you can use your level 2 Reiki practice to ask the universe to help manifest the changes you need to make in your life.

If you have not been initiated into Reiki, you can use whatever spiritual practice you may have to connect with the universal energy.

If you would like to learn Reiki, please contact me. I am teaching a level 1 Reiki class this month, January 19 – 22, 2012, in London, UK. I find Reiki to be one of the easiest spiritual practices to learn and follow as it is easy to integrate it into our daily life.

Our resolutions for 2012 can be simple like giving ourselves a full Reiki treatment everyday for an hour, eating more healthy foods, getting better work and personal life balance….

Hawayo Takata used to say that Reiki brings good health, happiness, prosperity and longevity. I feel that the best way to benefit from all these gifts that Reiki can bring into our life is through daily Reiki self treatment.

I find that giving myself a Reiki treatment everyday helps me to stay centred, positive and calm when life presents me with challenges. When I am feeling centred I find that I am in a better position to think creatively of a solution to cope well with what is happening in my life.

“The only constant in life is change” – I am not sure of the origin of this quote but it really resonates with me. Change can be daunting and unsettling. Having a daily spiritual practice can really support us when faced with the uncertainty that change can bring.

I hope that you find this sharing helpful. Please do let me know if you have any feedback. I would love to hear from you.
