A few years ago, I used to feel tired, stressed, low and would fall ill quite often. Then I discovered Reiki. I attended a Reiki class and learnt Reiki. This enabled me to give myself a Reiki treatment everyday. After learning Reiki, the first change I noticed within me was the improvement in my energy levels.

Starting each day with Reiki self treatment

When I read the following words, it felt like a reaffirmation of my daily practice of starting the day with a Reiki self treatment. It was wonderful to see what I had felt expressed so beautifully:

“How do you start off each day? Try to start the day with inner peace and contentment by taking time to be still and allowing that peace to infill and enfold you. Do not rush into the day unprepared and out of harmony. If you do, it is easy to take that state of mind into the day, allowing it to affect the whole day and all those souls you contact.”

Reiki Share in London

I have decided to hold a Reiki share once every month that is open to all – people who have learnt Reiki from any Reiki Master, not just from me and also those who have not learnt Reiki but are interested in finding out more about it. I am doing this because I feel very strongly that having continued support after the Reiki class is very important. I found the Reiki shares that my master organised invaluable on my Reiki journey and so I would like to offer this support to all Reiki students.
