Covid 19 update
This is such a strange time. I have been wanting to post this message for quite a few days now, but I haven’t been able to. Perhaps I needed to honour my inner need to pause, to realign with this changing situation…..
Virus and inner being
There is plenty of very good advice available already about how to take care of ourselves, how to protect ourselves against the corona virus. Yet there is so much fear in the collective consciousness at this time. I have been reflecting on what else is needed to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.
I feel that in addition to taking care of our physical body and our external environment, we need to take care of our inner being as well. Somehow the inner and the outer working together can bring about an exponential synergy.
