Giving a Reiki Treatment to an anxious mother-to-be this week, and meeting up with a dear friend whom I found through this article I wrote for The Mother Magazine, a couple of years ago, reminded me to share this article with you – hoping more mothers may find something helpful here to alleviate the worry that can come with being pregnant and being a mother. I wish that I had known some of this when I was going through the pregnancy phase of my life. I cannot turn the clock back for myself, but I can share what has been growing within me over the years, from the struggles I experienced.

Struggling with Change!

Earlier in the week, I woke up one morning reflecting on Change – about how we may struggle with change. If change is what we want ie something new in our life, and it comes too slowly, we struggle with the discomfort of being able to manifest it. Sometimes change can come quite quickly, before we may be ready to receive it. And we may struggle to adapt to the new!
