At this time, when our hospitals and medical infrastructure are under so much pressure, I feel the need to share the benefits of Reiki with the wider community – everyone who would like to benefit from Reiki. My wish is to do what I can, to help alleviate the pressure on the medical infrastructure and the key workers, the carers, everyone who is helping make life function. I feel inspired to offer free online Reiki sessions every month to promote wellbeing. I have considered the current Government and Public Health advice for my location and work situation. I have also done Risk Assessment for giving treatments safely. As a result, I can offer remote treatments only at this time. While complying with present social distancing requirements and permissible out-door activities, I can offer an in-person/face-to-face option as well.
